As an accomplished Associate at Ellsworth Johnson Michaud, Samuel Gagnon brings a strong commitment to language rights and advocacy in his legal practice. In 2020, he earned his Juris Doctor degree from the Université de Moncton, and he was subsequently called to the New Brunswick Bar in 2023.

Samuel's passion for language rights and the protection of minority communities has been a driving force in his life since his teenage years. He has dedicated himself to advocating for the rights of Francophone minorities, consistently working towards creating a more inclusive and equitable society. Through his extensive involvement with various community organizations in Alberta, he gained valuable experience and a deep understanding of the specific needs of non-profit organizations.

Prior to his legal journey, Samuel completed a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Canadian Studies from the University of Alberta's Campus Saint-Jean in 2017. This academic background equipped him with a comprehensive understanding of Canadian governance and political systems. Motivated by his desire to effect positive change in his community, Samuel chose to pursue a career in law to utilize his knowledge and skills effectively.

Fluent in both English and French, Samuel is a proficient legal practitioner in both official languages. This linguistic ability allows him to serve a diverse range of clients and ensures effective communication and representation.
