Jules César graduated with a Juris Doctor degree from the Faculty of Law at the Université de Moncton and was admitted to the Bar of New Brunswick in 2019. With fluency in both English and French, Jules César maintains a general legal practice, showcasing versatility and adaptability in various areas of the law, including family law and immigration matters.

During his time at the Faculty of Law, Jules demonstrated exceptional commitment as Coordinator of the Pro Bono Program for two consecutive years. His outstanding contributions to the creation of the New Brunswick Refugee Clinic earned him recognition among the top 20 friends and alumni who have made significant contributions to the Pro Bono Canada Program in the past 20 years.

Before joining Ellsworth Johnson Michaud, Jules honed his legal skills in civil litigation. This experience equipped him with valuable knowledge in evidence and procedure, allowing him the opportunity to appear in all court levels in the province of New Brunswick.

Outside of his legal pursuits, Jules actively engages with his community. He participated in the inaugural Grande Rencontre des Jeunes Entrepreneurs Francophones du Monde held in Montreal in April 2017. Additionally, he is a founding member of the Labo des jeunes, sponsored by Pond Deshpande Centre, which aims to mentor young individuals interested in learning robotics, programming, and supporting their academic journey. His passion for sports and outdoor activities is evident, as he previously won a silver medal in Cross-Country for Université Saint-Anne during his studies.

In recognition of his exceptional contribution to the community, Jules was awarded the prestigious Queen’s Platinum Jubilee Medal.

With his diverse experiences and dedication to both legal practice and community involvement, Jules César brings a well-rounded approach to his role as an Associate at Ellsworth Johnson Michaud.
